House features 4 large rooms plus two attic rooms, hallway and stairs, porch and conservatory.

 Acces to the rooms is via the hinged front panels and roof.

 All parts are pre-cut by computer conttrolled high pressure water jet, to ensure accuracy and ease of construction.

 only glue, screwdriver and time are required to complete.

 Kit includes all materials to construct the base shell (even a sanding block!).

Furniture, wall coverings, glue and paint are not included, but can be found elsewhere on our site.

 Shingles have been omitted enabling us to eep the price low!
